Since 17:13 UTC, the panel header has a bell. Its count is red when something needs action, such as credits running out, a failed plan payment, an alert channel failing 3 times in a row or a broken integration sync. It is blue when there are only unread updates, such as credits bought, a member joining, a new API key, a support reply or the monthly report. Action items clear themselves once their cause is gone. Read state is per person, and Notifications lists everything. Outages and recoveries never appear here, and nothing new is emailed. What appears and how long it is kept: Notifications.

A bell in the panel header shows what needs you in the account and what happened in it, with a Notifications page. Outages stay with your alert channels.
