Since 10:29 UTC, every incident page has a Share tab. It makes a secret read-only link, /i/<token>/, for someone who has no PingWise account: the host you are sending the evidence to, a customer asking what happened, a colleague on another team.
The page shows the monitor's name, the incident's state, times and reason, how many probes and continents confirmed it, the first failing checks (city, result, response time), that the team acknowledged it, and the updates already published on your status page. It refreshes every minute while the incident is open. Three things appear only if you tick them when you make the link: the monitored address, the team's summary, and the AI explanation where AI explanations are on. It never shows who was alerted or who acknowledged, your alert channels, notes, or IP addresses, and search engines are told not to index it.
A link works for 24 hours, 7 days (the default), 30 days or until you turn it off. The Share tab lists the active links, up to 20 per incident, with how often each was opened, and turns any of them off. The link is shown once: we keep only a fingerprint of it, so copy it when you make it. Members with a read-only role can't make links. Making or turning off a link goes in the activity log, and deleting the monitor deletes its links. On a reseller's account the page carries the reseller's brand, with «powered by PingWise» beside it.
