Integrations → Connect Enhance: paste a token, press “Test connection” to see what we found, then “Import and keep in sync”. New sites start, suspended sites pause, deleted sites go, synced every 10 minutes. cPanel and Plesk next.

Bot protection, Imunify, CPFence: a challenge shows as “blocked”, never as an outage. For Cloudflare, connect your account once and we maintain the skip rule in every zone you choose, kept in sync as our fleet changes.
Partial outages and geo-blocking
A route problem in Asia isn’t your server being down. You see the affected region instead of a false alarm. Sites that block countries on purpose get a one-click “don’t let these continents vote”, per site or for your whole account.

Which panels do you support?
Enhance today. cPanel/WHM and Plesk are next, using the same sync. Without a panel you can add monitors by hand or use the API when it launches.
Can my customers see their own status?
Yes. Tick “Create a customer account for each Enhance customer” and every customer gets their own account: their own login, their own alerts, their own status page under your brand. They never see your other customers. Each page can run on your own domain, like status.yourhost.com.
What can my customers change?
Monitors that come from your panel are marked “Managed by” you. Customers can rename them, pause them and choose which of their own alert channels get them, but not change the check or delete it. Monitors they add themselves are fully theirs. You keep full control of everything.
What does the token for my panel allow?
Our sync only ever reads. Enhance has no read-only role, so the token must be Super admin; we ask you to limit it to our two server IPs, shown on the page, and to set an expiry. It is stored encrypted and never shown again.
Are my sites verified automatically?
Sites on your own nameservers are, once you verify that domain. So are zones in a connected Cloudflare account. Being listed in a panel alone proves nothing, so it never counts on its own.
