Support
Talk to the people who run it
Our team works remotely, with members from Greece, Sweden, Serbia and North Macedonia: five people who have run hosting and their own projects for fifteen years. Support is answered by us, not a bot; we aim to answer within two working days and usually do much sooner.
Open a ticketSign in and open a ticket from the panel. You can answer our reply from the panel or straight from the email you receive.
Read the docsMonitors, alerts, status pages, the API and your account, described as they work today.
[email protected]No account yet, or a question before you sign up? Write to us. Questions about a monitor go faster from a ticket, since it carries your account.
Request a featureTell us what is missing. Requests from accounts that use PingWise shape the public roadmap.
What to include
- For a monitor: its name or URL and roughly when the problem happened, in UTC if you can. We see every check result and every alert from our side.
- For a bill or credits: the account email and, for an invoice, its number.
- For a status page: its address.
Other addresses
- abuse@pingwise.com if a PingWise probe is doing something it should not against your site, or you want it to stop checking you. The probe IPs are public.
- privacy@pingwise.com for anything under the privacy notice.
What we are building is on the roadmap. Changes to the service are listed in the changelog; if something looks wrong after a change, say which entry.
