Since 17:33 UTC, the bell in the panel header also shows your monitors' confirmed outages. You see «is down» with the reason and the address, which links to the incident page. You also see «is partly down» and «is back up» with how long it lasted. Everyone in the account sees them, viewers too. A down item and the bell count stay red while the incident is open and not on hold. Slow responses, firewall blocks and monitors in shadow mode stay out. Your alert channels still deliver every alert as before.
The bell and the Notifications page now have Inbox and Archive tabs. Archive one item or all of them, and move them back to the inbox when you need to. Archiving is per person, so your teammates' inboxes don't change. Details: Notifications.
