PingWise has no plans and no seats. You use credits; one credit is one scheduled round of checks. Intervals and credits says what a monitor costs.
Free credits
650,000 credits a month, renewed on the first of the month, not carried over. They are spent before any credits you bought.
Buying credits
Credits → Buy. The packs:

Bought credits last two years. Only an owner with a confirmed email can buy. For its first 30 days a new account can make at most three purchases and spend at most €200 a day; write to us if you need more sooner.
The purchase is completed on a Stripe checkout page. The seller of record is Stripe's Link, which adds the VAT that applies to you, takes a VAT number for a business purchase, and sends the receipt or invoice; you can also open it from the Purchases table in the panel. Section 5 of the Terms says who sells and who invoices.
Usage and balance
The Credits page shows the balance, the free credits left this month, this month's use, how long the credits last at the current rate, and a history. Usage is charged hourly, about three hours after the checks ran.
Running out
When about seven days of credits are left, the account's alert channels get a warning. At zero you get an email and seven days of grace with checks still running, a reminder two days before the end, and then monitoring pauses until the balance is positive again. Monitors, pages and history stay.
