Roles
- Owner: everything, including inviting people, account settings, API keys, buying credits and deleting the account.
- Member: monitors, alerts, status pages, incidents and support, without the owner-only pages.
An account can have several owners.
Invitations
Team → Invite. The invitation goes by email and is valid for seven days. Accepting it confirms the address, so an invited person does not get a second confirmation email.
Sign-in
Email and password, or Google, GitHub or Microsoft. Email addresses are always confirmed before first use. Under Sign-in methods you can add a social login to an existing account or remove one.
Two-factor authentication
TOTP codes from an authenticator app, recovery codes, and passkeys. An owner can require two-factor authentication for every member of the account, after which a member without it is asked to set it up at the next sign-in.
Time zone
The account's time zone is used for maintenance windows and as the default for status pages. Alerts state times in UTC.
