In short: every check costs the same, €5 per million, whatever you buy. Packs and monthly top-ups start at €5. Accounts opened before today keep 650,000 free credits a month; new accounts get 650,000 a month for four months, then 200,000. Checks under a minute cost less per check than before.
The details. Since 07:55 UTC, pricing is one line: €5 per million checks, the same for a €5 pack and a €250 pack. The old ladder (€20 per million for the smallest pack down to €2.24 for the largest) is gone. Packs are €5, €10, €25, €50, €100 and €250 for 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 50 million credits, valid 24 months as before, and a monthly top-up of €5, €10, €25 or €50 renews by itself through Link; change or cancel it from the Credits page.
Free credits. Accounts opened before 6 November 2026 keep 650,000 credits every month, unchanged. Accounts opened from today get 650,000 a month for the month they join and the three months after it, then 200,000 a month: 4 sites every minute, or 23 every 5 minutes, for good. Two weeks before the first 200,000 month the panel says what your monitors would cost at their pace.
Checks under a minute cost less per check: 0.6 credit at 30 seconds, 0.45 at 15, 0.4 at 10, because those rounds run from three probes instead of six or seven. A site is 43,200 credits a month at 1 minute, 51,840 at 30 s, 77,760 at 15 s and 103,680 at 10 s: €0.22, €0.26, €0.39 and €0.52. Every cost preview, the forecast, bulk edit, import and the API's credits_per_month use the new rates.
New monitors default to every minute instead of every 5. Proxmox nodes use 1 credit per report (21,600 a month); their guests' status monitors are free. Heartbeats, subscriber emails and reseller customer accounts are unchanged.
