Since 08:21 UTC, when you are logged in to app.pingwise.com, the header of pingwise.com (and of the Greek site) shows a single Open dashboard button instead of Log in and Get started. Nothing else on the pages changes.
It works through one small cookie on pingwise.com that says only «signed in», with no name or account in it; it lasts as long as your session and is cleared when you log out. It is never set on status-page domains. The Privacy Policy lists it.
