Enhance integration

Connect an Enhance control panel and every site it hosts gets a monitor, added and removed as sites come and go.

PingWise connects to Enhance, the hosting control panel, with an API token. Once connected, every website on the panel gets an HTTP monitor, and the list is kept in step as sites are created, suspended and deleted. The integration page shows the three screens; this is the reference.

Connecting

Integrations → Connect Enhance. You need the panel's address and an API token. Enhance has no read-only API role, so listing every customer's websites needs a Super admin token of your master organisation; the token is stored encrypted. Test connection reads the panel and shows every website and server found, the interval that would be used, and the cost in credits per month, before anything is created. Monitors are grouped by the server they live on, so an outage of one server produces one grouped alert.

Keeping in step

The panel is read every ten minutes. A new site gets a monitor at the interval you chose for the integration; a suspended or disabled site has its monitor paused; a deleted site has its monitor paused at once and removed 24 hours later, so a short-lived mistake does not throw away history. Monitors that come from the panel are managed by the sync: you can rename them, add notes and choose where their alerts go, but not change, pause or delete the check itself.

Blocked probes

If a site's firewall answers our probes with a Cloudflare challenge or block, the monitor shows blocked, a warning rather than an outage, and alerts about it only if the channel asks to. Our probe IPs are public so you can allow them in Cloudflare; firewalls other than Cloudflare's are not recognised specially and a block from them reads as an ordinary error.

Customer accounts

Tick one box and every Enhance customer organisation gets its own PingWise account, administered by you: each customer's people see only their own sites, alerts and status pages. This is part of the reseller features, which are switched on per account once the reseller agreement is published; write to hello@pingwise.com if you host for others and want them.
