Since 15:50 UTC we have a way to warn API users directly. Before any change that would break a client, or before an API version is retired, the owners of every account with at least one active API key get an email, in English, with what changes and when, and time to move. It is a service notice, so there is nothing to subscribe to and no marketing in it. Inside v1 nothing changes: we only add fields and endpoints, and anything that would break a client gets a new version path. Smaller changes keep going to this changelog, also available as a feed.
