Run PingWise for your customers

Hosting providers and agencies can now give each customer its own account under their brand, with alerts in their name, one pool of credits with a cap per customer, and logged support inside the customers' accounts.

Since 22:36 UTC on 1 November (00:36 on 2 November in Athens) any account owner can open Customers in the panel, accept the Reseller Agreement and run PingWise for their own customers. Each customer gets its own account, with its own monitors, logins and alert channels, created by hand or from an Enhance organisation; you and your team can open any of them, and your customers see only their own. Their alerts and invitations carry your brand, with your sender name and reply-to, and your customers' users join under your own terms and privacy policy, which you link on Branding. Sending from your own domain is there too: add the DNS records and your customers' alerts come from alerts@yourdomain.

Your customers' checks are paid from your credits at the normal rates, with nothing extra for reselling. On Credits you can set a monthly cap per customer, with a notice at 80 % and a pause for the rest of the month at 100 %, download usage per customer, and your owners get a usage report by email after each month. A reseller's panel opens on Overview, across all accounts, and Monitors and Incidents gain an All customers tab. When your team opens a customer's account, a banner says so and every opening and change is logged, visible to you and, under your brand name, to the customer; a Viewer (read-only) role can look without changing anything.

With it, the Terms are at 1.2 (§15 points to the Agreement), and the Privacy Policy and DPA at 1.2 describe customer accounts, the support log and the email provider. The whole flow is in Monitoring for your customers.
