Since 15:38 UTC, SMTP and TCP monitors on port 25 are accepted again. Until now the form refused 25 and suggested 587, because too few of our probes could reach it. Vultr has lifted its block on outgoing port 25 for our probes, so 10 of the 15 voting probes now check it and vote on it.
The probes on DigitalOcean, InterServer and Melbicom still cannot reach port 25 (DigitalOcean and Melbicom not 465 and 587 either). They skip those checks and the others decide. Details in Monitor types.
