Monthly uptime report

Incidents has a Monthly report tab with uptime, incidents, downtime, mean time to recovery and the longest outage for a month, per monitor, printable or saved as PDF; resellers get one per customer under their brand.

Since 16:22 UTC, Incidents → Monthly report shows a month at a glance: uptime in large figures (green from 99.9 %, amber from 99 %, red below), the number of incidents, total downtime, mean time to recovery, the longest outage, and a row per monitor. Choose this month or any of the 11 before, in the account's time zone, and optionally a group.

The figures follow the panel's uptime rule: confirmed outages only, with paused time and maintenance windows left out. Print or save as PDF uses your browser and hides the panel around the report. We don't generate a file or email it.

Resellers find the tab next to All customers / Yours only; switching into a customer's account gives that customer's report, carrying the reseller's logo and name. Every report ends with a line saying it describes measurements and is not a service-level agreement. Details in the docs.
