Status pages: open an entry to see the monitors inside

An entry that combines several monitors can now be opened on the public page to show each monitor with its own state, bars and uptime; off by default, per entry.

status-pages

Since 09:37 UTC an entry that combines two or more monitors, or shows a whole group, can show the monitors inside. A «N monitors» line under the entry opens, without any script, to one row per monitor: its name, its state, its own daily bars and its uptime for the page's history. The entry itself keeps its merged figures, and its uptime now explains, on hover, that it counts the time when any of its monitors was down.

The setting is per entry, in the entry's form on the page's edit screen, and off by default: the monitors' names become public (their addresses never do), and for an entry backed by a group, monitors added later appear too. With it on, status.json lists the monitors under the entry, each with its name, state and uptime; nothing changes for pages that leave it off. The static copy of the page carries the rows as well.
