# PingWise

> Uptime monitoring from 15 probes on 6 continents. A site is marked down only when probes on three continents and three networks agree. HTTP(S), TLS, ping, TCP, SMTP, DNS and heartbeat monitors, status pages, alert channels, and syncs with Enhance and cPanel/WHM.

- Base URL: https://app.pingwise.com/api/v1 (not pingwise.com, which is the website)
- Auth: `Authorization: Bearer pw_...`, a key an account owner creates in the panel under Team → API keys (read or write scope)
